Castle Beach and Pendennis Castle (1 mile from Falmouth)
The first mile of the trail takes you past Castle Beach and up to the imposing Pendennis Castle. Built by Henry VIII, the castle provides panoramic views of the English Channel. Take some time to explore the castle and its grounds, and perhaps enjoy a coffee at the onsite café.

Maenporth Beach (4 miles from Falmouth)
